Wanjie stair tread can be made by steel gratings of any specialization and the sizes are customized.In terms of the style and way of installation , our "Wanjie" stair tread can be divided into four kinds:

WT1:  welding fixing stair tread without front plate nosing.

WT2:  bolt fastening stair tread without front plate nosing(adopting 65*5mm plate as end bar).

WT3:  welding fixing stair tread with front chequered plate nosing.

WT4:  bolt fastening stair tread with front chequered plate nosing(adopting 65*5mm plate as end bar).

Type	W-- welded steel grating   L-- pressure-locked   C-- socket-welding
Bearing bar centers	15-30, 40, 60, 80, 90 mm etc. with 30, 40 mm recommended.
Cross bar centers	any greater than 30mm is ok. with 50, 100mm recommended.
Surface treatment	G-hot-dip galvanization(G is usually omitted) P-painting U- untreated
Bearing bar shape	F- plain surface (F is usually can be omitted) S-serrated surface I-the section is of ‘I’ type

Remarks: bearing bar width is 5mm. As to 3mm in width, all the values in the form should subtract 2mm.

Advanced CAD system can provide perfect design information and drawing converting and 4 running lines can provide at least 20,000 tons per year.
